About technological bases this forum is an approach in the digital revolution actually. Advances in electronic sciences and computers offer digital learning environments. Cognitive sciences must manage new methodologies of teaching. Educational Technology must be introduced inside educator curricula in Dominican Republic. Actual society in this country needs new actions thinking in TICs. Our society recognizes this necessity. i agree with jose garcia he thinks in something very important "has become a part of many people's everyday life. We use technology almost everywhere. Cell phones, computers, laptops, smart boards, GPS systems, etc." that's the most greatest contribution for me in the dominican republic because there is all in that opinion.
I agree wiht Daniel, because he said the true, when he said that the student "show more desire of excel". This is one of the most important reason for what the students a teachers are using the TICs. I'm sure that the use of TICs is easier than the books in the library.

I agree with David Nelson when the talk of the Dominican Republic is using technology to take you places that have no access and so I feel they are using technology for good development for many youth, especially those living in places isolated as in the fields, bateyes and some municipalities.
I'm not agree with the comment about Rosie Evelyn hiso of virtual libraries, is not really going everywhere these cases. In my case I have been to libraries where I found lots of information. I also wanted Evelyn can be reversed, many times when I've been struggling to find information for the Internet access I could find because sometimes the classroom is full, or no light falls on the internet and most virtual libraries is to pay and sometimes you do not have the money in hand.
I agree with Jose Miguel Abreu, I have much to elaborate but in reality has been part of us, since we use it everywhere, wherever valleys only really advanced and all kinds in order technology on the way all history has been a great help to humans and has also served as for destruction, because the man did not use very well known for our good.

The technology actually is a tool that often can manage to cause damages in the students because it is not seen as tool for studies but as a tool for fun, this one is one of the reasons for which there has been many controversy in this forum, but I am totally sure that the technology with a good use can manage to be of great help for everything that that uses it, the unique problem is in that; this as everything has his disadvantages and some of them is the distraction that it generates, but as already I said, it is a good tool for the learning always and when we give to it a good use..
I agree with Braulio in some things that he expresses in his commentaries, since he is trying to show us the damages that the technology as such can cause to us, but it is not a matter of the technology, it matter of us that are who handle them and are who give them a bad use, the technology can manage to be of great help for us but as human beings to the end, all we throw to the garbage, I think that for everything exists his time, then, if this technology are here to help ourselves, why do we have to give them a bad use?, and not take advantage of them as really we should. I agree with Evelyn when she said...´´ TICs appiled on education don't have magical effects on learning. The students have to understand that the technological tools are only a support for them. If you don´t read or analyze reason the class is obvious you don´t get understand the class, although you use technological tools like internet or computer. I think the key is to be well oriented with the technology. And only use it when is necessary. But the struggle is necessary always.
I’m accorded with TICs applied on education. I think with a question… it’s not what the continuous use of technologic supports can causes us, it’s what can we do without technologic supports? Because, of course, I think we are closing the digital divide in a country that has technological institute like ITLA. So, please I’d like nobody answer my question saying we can do, sleep, eat or survive without those things. As simple as that, once you start to apply technologies supports on your education it is easier, but try to get more knowledge about what you’re using like technologic supports. Don’t we know the history line time advances? First, the first computers generation, then the first networks like ARPANET, internet1, etc., and convergence of information and communication. In this way I think we should use everything we have to our reach.

I agree with Braulio.Yo think the tics are causing people are not sociable with others for the convenience offered to communicate from the comfort of their homes, jobs and offices that have led people to communicate and to meet virtually such as chat or virtual conferences to think that people are becoming anti sociable that we are waxing behind an electronic device, computer or a mobile. We must put aside the human warmth, stop seeing each other physically.

My plan for the implementation of ICT in education is that they must implement the use of computers with internet access and a projector in every place of instruction as they are one of the tic that involves more than all others. Teacher doesn’t make a mistake thinking that the tics are disadvantages. The blogs, the Tics, the internet are really great, but if you use the Tics of bad shape this is a big problem!
The technology is well advanced and is very useful to education, because we have the Internet or virtual libraries, but in turn is a disadvantage, because we tend more to look at the entries on the Moscote and school books to investigate Biography of our country on or authors.

With the computer labs (in the middle) and the Virtual Classroom for Educators (AVE), the computer laboratories with private schools, besides those in universities, institutes of computing.
What is AVE? Virtual Classrooms for Education
What is its purpose? Its purpose is to bring the communities most remote country's technology, education and future, to close the technology gap.
We must also take very intoaccount the Telecenters in their different models:
a) The Infocentros: Centers for access and use of information technology, education, information research and computer work.
b) The Community Technology Centers: Centers for access and use of information technology and telemedicine, and so on. They are a rebirth of the LINCOS, but the buildings are different.
c) Internet Cafes: Centers for access and use of information technologies and with cafeteria, bar, etc.
Now be deployed Corners Technology in schools and they are to put 4 computers in the classrooms of 200 schools as a pilot project.

Tics the information technology and comunication join all elements and tecnics use in the treatment and transmition of in formation, meanly of information technology, Internet and comunications.

I agree with Cesar, because we have almost the same vision about TICS that will be a great achievement in education, for example, itla, that institute has another level in the country's education. My Opinion
I think this would be a good thing that could happen to the Dominican education because with this technologic advances to another level. that education would be more equipped in the sense of providing material support to student life you and teacher would have in their hands technological materials such as the projector, virtual classrooms and etc. also is that this new century with technological attracted many new things that are just places to have access technological and affluent society of the country where everyone can have access to technology will have a change this country and everyone will have more facilities to study.
Tics is already applied to education in the Dominican Republic but in the lower parts of the country, amend in the poor part of society that not have these benefits must therefore be modernizer company to our country that all sectors of the country there are technological institutes INDOTEL, INFOTEP, ITLA, etc.
I mention these centers because these centers are helping the poor people with te scholarship programs they have, which provide expensive courses to good students regardless of their social classes such as networks, multimedia, software, etc.. But if we had more centers like this the country will advance everyday.
Another side that I want to focar is in the schools of our country because some of they are prepared students have a good lab computers and also ave the facilities but some of they dosn’t ave the facilities to learn how manage a computer. I think he goverment must raise money some how and invest more maney in some schools to give then each one a laptop. I expect one day thet every student has access to a computer.

Education world Is an important idea for the Dominican society. A good measure to give and to guarantee the academic performance that there offer the services and advances that it offers.
I hope that Education World contributes and provides the young integration that they want to contribute with the technology, with the intention of resting and promoting the technology as fundamental tool to achieve that different young of different areas of the country have access to the information.
I believe that the technology performs supreme importance because we can have valuable machines thanks to the technology, since they are, the cellular ones, computers, ipods, mp3s, etc. And they have formed a part of the population, for the importance that these equipments offer.
A program should exist in all the centers of study of the country to introduce the computer science and the work in computers, also to the children to improve his capacity and learning. With this program the pupil will have contact with the technology and it was applying it as structure in the learning of simple form.
